A removable grid similar to the shelving could also be made for the floor. A door of floor boards is most easily made by removing the groove from a board and marking out batten positions in the middle and six inches from each end. The battens are then nailed at right angles to this board and with the four pieces laid on a bench the remaining ones are filled in and nailed through from the front. after which braces are fitted with their loo end on the hinging side. A door which opens outward is generally more convenient in small buildings, and has been  shown here, it would be hung with 5in. tee hinges.
